Dg44 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the dg44 platform. By registering an account or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated below.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the dg44 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must stop using the platform immediately.
To use the dg44 platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- At least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the laws of your state or territory, whichever is higher.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not located in any region or jurisdiction where access to such services is prohibited by law.
- Have never been suspended or banned from using the dg44 platform before.
Dg44 reserves the right to verify user eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate an account if eligibility requirements are found to be unmet.
Continued use of the dg44 platform following any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. Check this page periodically to stay up to date.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the dg44 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently terminated.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. dg44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access to it.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the dg44 support team immediately at [email protected].
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the dg44 platform:
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or the KYC process.
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to exploit or interfere with platform functions.
- Committing any form of fraud, including money laundering through the platform.
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate game outcomes.
- Using another person's account or granting a third party access to your account.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the dg44 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name. Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.
Accepted payment methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go digital wallet, and local bank transfers. Deposit processing times vary depending on the selected method and the respective payment provider.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name. dg44 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals of certain amounts or in situations deemed to require a security review.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method.
- All deposits credited to an account are final and cannot be reversed by the user.
- Dg44 reserves the right to place a hold on suspicious transactions for security review.
- Any taxes applicable to winnings or transactions are solely the user's responsibility under relevant Malaysian law.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
The dg44 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. dg44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss.
Dg44's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
All content on the dg44 platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software, user interfaces, and brand names — is the exclusive property of dg44 or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from dg44.
Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
The dg44 platform may use third-party services such as payment processors and sports data providers. dg44 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of use, or actions of those third parties.
Any links to or integrations with external sites or services do not imply that dg44 endorses or recommends such content. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms
Dg44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user's account for the following reasons, without prior notice:
- Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Providing false or incomplete registration information.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Using unauthorised software or methods to exploit the platform.
- Filing any unjustified chargebacks against valid deposit transactions.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the circumstances and dg44's decision.
Dg44 reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page.
Users are encouraged to check this page regularly. Continued use of the dg44 platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable LawThese Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
